I have so enjoyed the exotic flavor combinations and richness of the Chocoholic package I purchased just after Christmas. I also purchased two other packages as gifts and have had a wildly positive response. It is a delight to open something new each week to enjoy. The conscious and deliberate care in creating these divine morsels makes them all the more enjoyable - it’s a shared experience. So happy to have found Elements Truffles!
I am ok with 70 percent cacao. But 75 percent is bitter for me. If given a chance and it is available, I would like to have the flavor in 70 percent cacao
I love this raspberry with beetroot chocolate. It is so smooth and tasty. Exquisite. I also like very much the moringa chocolate you make. thanks.
After already getting thanked for the gift, a few days later I received a late night text from my sister-in-law stating that this was the BEST chocolate she had tasted in YEARS. She is our local chocolate connoisseur so that was high praise!
The box arrived quickly, and each chocolate bar is nicely packaged. It is difficult to taste all of the unique flavors in some of the chocolates, as the flavor of the dark chocolate prevails. This is not necessarily a bad thing because the dark chocolate is smooth and delicious, but we purchased these chocolates in order to experience the one of a kind flavors and ingredients. The cinnamon, cayenne, rose, peppermint, lemon, and orange come through, but the coconut, tulsi, lavender, saffron, cardamom, and moringa don't come through at all. We have not tried the hot chocolate, coconut sugar, or cardamom cacao nibs yet, but we are very excited to taste them soon.
