Returns
We make food we truly believe in and we want you to love it too. We unequivocally stand behind our products and your satisfactions means the world to us.
Because Elements products are perishable, we’re not able to accept returns. But if something isn’t right, we’ll always make it right.
Something arrived damaged or not quite right?
Email us within 7 days of delivery at care@elementstruffles.com with your order number and a quick photo. We’ll take care of you with a replacement or refund. No friction.
Didn’t love the taste?
We get it. Taste is personal. While we can’t offer refunds based on flavor preference, your feedback genuinely helps us get better, and we’re always listening.
Missing package?
If your order shows as delivered but you can’t find it, we recommend checking with neighbors or contacting the carrier first. Still stuck? Reach out. We’ll do our best to help.
Need to change or cancel an order?
We move fast to keep things fresh. If you need to make a change, email us as soon as possible and we’ll try though we can’t guarantee edits once an order is processed.
Returns (if approved)
In case where a return is authorized, you will be responsible for the cost of return shipping. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If a refund is issued, the return shipping cost will be deducted from your refund.
