I have tried all of the flavours and been pleased with them all. The unflavoured powder can be added successfully to baked goods, like carrot cake, without changing the texture. And the chai spice is delicious simply mixed with soy milk. My only misgiving is that the pouches don't come with a scoop, so I had to weigh out the grams in a portion and then find something that I could use as a scoop so that I didn't have to weigh my glass every morning. I'm sure that I am consuming a little more or less than a serving, but this isn't a chemistry experiment so I'm not worried. Finally, I have never thought about stomach-comfort with any vegan protein powder, but am aware that I feel unexpectedly comfortable after a serving of Elements.
