Chocolate bark


1 bar Elements Truffles Black Lava Salt bar (or any bar of your choice)
Toppings of your choice (rose petals, pumpkin seeds, chia seeds, raspberries, lemon rind, nuts, fennel seeds, cacao nibs, etc)
Herbs/Spices of your choice (cardamom, turmeric, cinnamon, etc)



1. Melt the chocolate bar over a double boiler. The chocolate will have a nice shine.
2. Let is cool for 5 mins.
3. Pour it on a silicon mat or parchment paper. Spread it with an offset spatula to make a very thin layer of chocolate.
4. Add your favorite toppings and spices. 
5. Let it freeze for 20 minutes.
6. Break it into small piece and enjoy.
