Vegan Chocolate Banana Bread


3 Ripe bananas
1 Chia eggs
1/2 cup Jaggery or Coconut sugar
1/2 tsp Vanilla extract
3 tbsp Coconut oil
3 tsp Baking powder
1/2 tsp Sea salt
1/2 tsp ground Cinnamon
3/4 cup Oat milk
1 cup Almond flour
1/2 cup Quinoa flour
1/4 cup Elements Truffles Drinking Chocolate mix
1 cup gluten-free Oats


1. Preheat the oven to 350 F
2. Mash the bananas in a fine purée. Add the rest of the the ingredients to it (except the flour and oats) and mix vigorously.
3. Fold the flour and the oats into the mixture.
4. Bake for about an hour.
5. Let is cool. Enjoy with with some ghee and maple syrup.
