What is Dalgona? Lets Make Some Dalgona Chocolate Together!

Unless you are social distancing on social media, there is no way you missed the Dalgona coffee rage!

To put it simply,  its instant coffee whipped with sugar and hot water, in equal parts.

And it looks delicious. When I saw it, I instantly wanted to have it. ASMR! But I am off refined sugar. And I love chocolate. So I took up the challenge and decided to make Dalgona Chocolate. With a healthy sweetener. Best of both the worlds.

And after a couple of tries, the whipped chocolate was ready. Mix our Ashwagandha or Turmeric Drinking chocolate mix, hot water, coconut cream and coconut sugar (recipe below). I would definitely recommend using a hand mixer unless you are looking for a good 30 minute hand workout.

I paired it up with some rose milk because rose & chocolate - I love that combo ! You can pair it up with your favorite choice of milk. I would love to try it with some hazelnut milk. A Nutella shake !

What I love about this recipe is its plant-based + refined sugar free + high in antioxidants & magnesium + low-glycemic and its tastes DELICIOUS!
